The 48-72 hour guarantee applies to most of our services and for regular package orders where it does not apply, that will be noted.

We guarantee your graphics will be ready for your review in 48-72 hours or less from reciept of your deposit or your next package of equal or lesser value is free.

Some conditions, services, and special requests will be exempt from this guarantee including (but not limited to) the following:

• Order Flow on Red or Yellow (See homepage)
• Large Package Orders Where Noted
• More Than One Pending Project Per Customer
• Some Custom (non-package) Orders
• Specifying your Designer
• Add-Ons to Existing Orders (Adding services to your order is ok, but it may take longer)
• Revisions
• Technical Problems Out Of Our Control
